Nicole Chun is a dedicated PhD candidate at the University of Newcastle, focusing on co-designing a culinary skills and knowledge-building program for stroke survivors since March 2022. Concurrently, Nicole serves as an Allied Health Assistant for NSW Health. Previous experience includes providing dietetics services in aged care facilities with Plena Healthcare and consultations via telehealth as a student dietitian. Nicole has a comprehensive background in clinical and community nutrition, demonstrated through various roles at hospitals and health centers, as well as expertise in nutrition program evaluation and development. Nicole holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Bachelor Degree of Dietetics and Nutrition with First Class Honours.
