Steve Carr

Steve Carr has a strong background in financial management within the healthcare sector. Steve is currently serving as the Executive Director, System Financial Performance and Deputy CFO at NSW Health, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they were the District Director of Asset Management, Finance & Procurement at Central Coast Area Health from March 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining NSW Health, Carr held the role of CFO at St Vincent's Health Network Sydney from January 2015 to March 2021. Steve also served as the Director of Finance at Sydney Local Health District from July 2012 to December 2014 and as the Director of Financial Operations at JUSTICE AND FORENSIC MENTAL HEALTH NETWORK from October 2011 to July 2012.

Steve Carr has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from the University of South Australia, and a Masters of Environmental Law from the University of Sydney.
