Oded Gour-Lavie

Oded Gour-Lavie serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of NT-Tao since February 2019 and is also the Managing Director of I.G.L Consultants LTD since August 2016. Concurrently, Oded holds the position of Research Fellow at the Maritime Policy and Strategy Research Center (HMS) since March 2016 and was an Advisory Board Member for the MDM Multi-Dimensional Metrology consortium at the Israel Innovation Authority from September 2017 to October 2018. Additionally, Oded chaired the Dolphin Association from August 2015 to August 2018 and was the CEO of BiNji UIL/UCA from November 2017 to June 2018. Previous military roles include Head of the legal & strategic task force at the Planning Directorate J5 in the Israel Defense Forces and various leadership positions in the Israeli Navy from 2008 to 2014. Early career experience includes serving as Head of the R&D Department at the Israeli Ministry of Defense from 2005 to 2007. Oded's educational background includes a Visiting Fellowship at MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
