Mendel Grayson

Mendel Grayson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mendel began their career in 1993 with W.W. Grainger, where they held various positions in customer service management and played a key role in the implementation of a large-scale SAP project. Mendel then progressed to regional inventory management, trade zone management, regional eBusiness management, and regional sales operations management, consistently achieving strong performance and driving revenue growth. In 2012, Grayson joined NTA Life, where they worked as an SC representative and later served as the SC district manager and exclusive agency owner. Mendel is currently working as the worksite benefits director at NTA Life. Grayson also has experience as the president of Palmetto State Home Buyers, LLC, and as a partner at Grayland Properties, LLC.

Mendel Grayson completed their Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) in Management Technology at Francis Marion University from 1995 to 1997. Mendel then pursued a Master's Degree in Management from Webster University between 1997 and 2000. Additionally, at the same time, they also obtained another Master's Degree from Webster University in Human Resource Development.

In 2013, Mendel Grayson acquired a state license as an agent from the South Carolina Department of Insurance. Mendel became a State Licensed Agent, specializing in insurance. Furthermore, in 2010, they received a certificate for LEED Green Associate from the U.S. Green Building Council. This certificate recognized their completion of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program.

Lastly, in 2000, Mendel Grayson attended The Educational Society for Resource Management to gain knowledge in the Basics of Supply Chain Management. No degree was specified for this program.
