Stephanie Ashley

Stephanie Ashley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile methodologies and economic development. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at NTC - A Covius Solution since November 2021, Stephanie has previously held similar roles at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, PODS Enterprises, and AgileDad, where significant contributions included boosting team productivity and fostering positive dynamics. With a strong foundation in economic development, Stephanie has directed fundraising strategies and spearheaded incubation efforts at Tampa Bay Wave and the University of South Florida, respectively. Additionally, experience includes managing initiatives at Hillsborough County Economic Development and fundraising efforts for The ALS Association Florida Chapter. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Social Science from Florida State University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Carolina.
