Andrei Yefinczuk

Andrei Yefinczuk has worked in various roles since 2013. Starting at DSPRO Audio in 2013, they were a Developer, writing DSP algorithms in LUA, Matlab, C++ and VHDL, implementing network standards and protocols in VHDL and C++, and writing device drivers in C++. From 2015 to 2017, they were a MsC Student at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), where they were the project author of a client-server system for sharing analog systems through the cloud, and co-author of three papers in the Computer Audio area in audio conferences. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Stefanini as a Scrum Master and Full Stack Developer, leading daily stand-ups and scrum ceremonies for two scrum teams, coaching team members on Agile processes, and working with product owners to refine the backlog, plan sprints and releases, prioritize and validate requirements, involving customers when necessary. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Lighthouse - Criamos Apps Incríveis as an Agilist and Manager, coaching the company on Agile processes and practices through courses and workshops, implementing an agile-culture at company-level, coaching team members and customers, and hiring and training teams to work on high-performance projects. Andrei currently works at NTConsult as an Agilist and Manager.

Andrei Yefinczuk obtained a Mestrado em Microeletrônica in Áudio from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul between 2015 and 2017. Prior to this, they obtained a degree in Computer Engineering from the same university between 2010 and 2014. In December 2021, they also obtained a LEx - Liderança Exponencial certification from StartSe University.
