Gabriela Oliveira has extensive work experience in the fields of strategic design, diversity and inclusion, UX/UI, product design, business counseling, mentoring, and marketing. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Strategic Design and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Facilitator at NTConsult. In 2022, they became a Teacher UX/UI Program at Coderhouse Brasil, Expert/Professora em Product Design at Tera, Business Counselor at AfrOya Tech Hub, and Mentor at Grupo Mulheres do Brasil. Gabriela was also Co-Founder of Titanium - A NTConsult Design Company, which was acquired by NTConsult in November 2021. In 2020, they were Head de Impacto at Nindoo and Comentarista convidada at Rede Tua Rádio, where they spoke about design, marketing, and technology. Gabriela was also Co-Founder of ECC Hub since 2016 and Professor convidado no curso de Marketing Digital at Senac-RS since 2017.

Gabriela Oliveira has an extensive education history. In 2007, they obtained their Bacharel em Design from FSG - Centro Universitário da Serra Gaúcha, where they studied Design Gráfico. In 2008 - 2009, they attended ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, taking a Curso de Extensão Portfólio - Escola de Criação. In 2013, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, taking a Design Thinking + Co-criação com Heloisa Moura course. In 2018, they attended ECC Hub, taking a Liderança Criativa course. In 2019 - 2021, they attended FSG - Centro Universitário da Serra Gaúcha, obtaining their MBA Gerenciamento Estratégico de Projetos in Gestão de Projetos. In 2020, they attended Echos Desirable Futures Lab, taking a Business design experience course. In 2021 - 2022, they are attending Istituto Europeo di Design - IED São Paulo, where they are pursuing a Pós-graduação Design estratégico e Inovação in Design e Artes Aplicadas.
