Guilherme Zaffari

Guilherme Zaffari has a diverse work experience ranging from 2008 to the present. In 2007, they began their career as a Designer Graphic Trainee for Duetto Eventos de Marketing. Guilherme then moved on to Born Design as a Designer Trainee in 2008, Planobase Lubianca as a Designer in 2009, Dez Propaganda as a Junior Designer in 2010, General Design as a Graphic Designer in 2011, Univille Universidade as a Professor in 2012, UNISOCIESC - Universidade Sociedade Educacional de Santa Catarina as a Professor in 2018, Trackmob as a UX Designer in 2019, and finally, NTConsult as a Lead Product Designer in 2019. At NTConsult, they created low, mid, and high fidelity prototypes, lead a team of senior designers, worked on standardizing and updating the EHS system of a multinational chemicals company, developed the design system and UX of a Latin American bank's core banking system, helped improve the UX of a digital product for one of the biggest produce companies in the world, helped create and standardize design content related to their processes and tools, co-founded NTConsult's Design Center of Excellence, designed and conducted UX research for a government agency, and helped establish the Design tutoring program at NTConsult. At UNISOCIESC, they taught classes on Graphic Design, Animation and Project Management, research tools for human centered design and design thinking, motion graphics, traditional animation and history of animation. At Univille Universidade, they taught classes as a Professor.

Guilherme Zaffari completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Centro Universitário Ritter dos Reis between 2004 and 2009. Guilherme then went on to pursue a specialization in Game and Digital Media Design from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2010 to 2012. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in Information Design from Universidade Federal do Paraná from 2013 to 2015.
