Thera Albuquerque

Thera Albuquerque has gained work experience in various roles and companies over the years. In 2014, Thera worked as a Chemical Engineer intern at ICL Brasil Ltda, where they were responsible for monitoring production areas, conducting laboratory analysis, participating in audits, and generating internal and external reports. From 2016 to 2021, Thera joined Smart Consultoria e Governança as a Project Management Consultant. Thera'sresponsibilities included managing corporate projects, implementing best practices in project management, process management, and change management, as well as engaging stakeholders, planning and managing project communication, and monitoring project activities. In 2021, Thera worked as a Business Process Consultant at MBS Consulting (MBS Estratégias e Sistemas Ltda.), focusing on business process improvement and consulting. Currently, Thera is working as a Project Coordinator at NTConsult, starting in December 2021.

From 2009 to 2015, they attended Universidade Federal do Paraná, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.

In 2018, Thera completed a short-term extension course at Universidade Positivo, focused on Education in CFO.

In 2013 and 2014, they studied at Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology.

Thera has also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and completed the MS: Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementations and MS: Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2013 certifications from Microsoft. Additionally, they earned the HCMP® 3G Expert Professional certification from the Human Change Management Institute in 2016.

In 2019, Thera obtained the Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP®) certification from ABPMP Brasil. Most recently, in 2021, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
