Terry Goswick

Executive Director at NTECC

Terry Goswick is the current Executive Director at NTECC. Prior to this, they served as a Sergeant with the Florida Highway Patrol from September 2003 to August 2014. Terry also has experience as a police officer, having served with the Department of Veterans Affairs from June 2002 to September 2003, and Pasco County Government from August 2014 to July 2015. In July 2015, they became the Public Safety Program Administrator, a position they held until January 2017. Terry began their career in public service as an Intern in County Administration with Pasco County Government in April 2013.

Terry Goswick earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix, Tampa Campus. Terry then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of South Florida. Finally, they earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Florida.

Some direct reports include Jacquea Lampkins - Administrative Services Manager, Brian Dudley - IT Manager, and Danielle DeCoudreaux - Operations Manager.
