Andrey Belyaev began their career as a Junior Software Developer at MSU Graphics & Media Lab from July 2014 to July 2016. Andrey then worked as a Junior Software Developer at MyMind from November 2016 to June 2017. In November 2016, they also founded their own company, DoubleA, where they served as the Founder & CAO until January 2020. Andrey joined Neurodata Lab in May 2018 as a Computer Vision Research Engineer, responsible for developing video processing systems using neural networks. In May 2019, Andrey moved into the role of Chief Technology Officer at Neurodata Lab, where they managed development, data science, and research teams, implemented agile practices, and established testing and delivery processes. Andrey also created and released various products, including the NeurodataLab API Tools. Since May 2020, Andrey has been working at NtechLab as the Chief Research Officer. In this role, they lead a team of 15+ people, conducts research and development of various algorithms, and manages the implementation of new research areas in the company. Andrey has achieved significant accomplishments such as winning the NIST FRVT 1:1 competition and developing the best face recognition algorithm used in CCTV cameras in Moscow and regions. Andrey has also facilitated successful CV internships and the growth of interns and juniors to a high professional level.
