Michel Guy France Awana Ateba started their work experience at Aviation World Consultants (AWC) in 2022 as a Commercial Partner. Their responsibilities included managing the air fleet navigability, implementing aeronautical projects, certifying aeronautical activities, maintaining accreditation validity, establishing airlines, launching maintenance workshops for public transport aircraft, developing aviation training centers, and providing technical and commercial assistance for airport implementation.

In 2022, they worked as a Consultant in charge of Public Relations at Yango.

In 2020, they served as a Representative in Cameroon for GAZ INTERNATIONAL Limited at ENANGUE HOLDING.

From 2017 to present, they have been representing "Institute of Geophysics, Ltd" (SkyGeotech) as a Representative in Cameroon at ENANGUE HOLDING. Their tasks include promoting innovative satellite technology, conducting business communications on behalf of the Institute, promoting and developing TVT verification projects supported by government organizations, building strong business relationships with clients in Cameroon, and regular sales of TVT technology services.

Their prior experiences include working as a Technical Director at BG Petroleum in 2016, being a Co-founder at LUXOR SARL starting from 2019, working as a Business Sales Representative at NtechLab in 2021, being a Specialist Consultant at DSM Groupe from November 2021 to May 2022, and serving as a Senior Consultant at Beak Consultants GmbH from July 2021 to December 2021.

In 2019, they participated in the Russia-Africa Forum at ENANGUE HOLDING & LUXOR. Michel Guy France also participated in the Sochi Investment Forum in Russia in 2019.

Michel Guy France Awana Ateba obtained a Baccalaureat in the field of study "Scientifique" from Lycée Mongo Jospeh in Doula, Cameroun, from 1997 to 2005. After that, they pursued a Licentiate degree in Geology/Earth Science, General at Université de Yaoundé 1, Cameroun, from 2005 to 2008. Finally, they completed a Master 2 degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from Université de Yaoundé 1, Cameroun, from 2008 to 2010.
