Pavel Tikhonov

Pavel Tikhonov's work experience begins in 2004 as a Software Engineer at Almaz-Antey, where they worked until 2005. Pavel then joined Colvir Software Solutions as a Technical Writer for a brief period in 2006. Pavel worked at NefteHimProm Holding as a CRM Manager from 2006 to 2008, leading end-to-end implementations of Terrasoft CRM for manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies.

In 2008, Pavel joined Alfa-Bank as a Senior System Analyst and Head of Group for Corporate CRM, where they managed the development of SalesLogix CRM and handled business requirements analysis. Pavel transitioned to Oracle in 2011, starting as a Senior Sales Consultant in CRM and later becoming a Principal Solution Consultant in Customer Experience. At Oracle, Pavel specialized in solution development, demo configuration, and proposal management in the CRM and Customer Experience domains.

Since 2017, Pavel has been working at NtechLab, initially as a Presales Engineer, responsible for directing sales managers and acting as a domain expert and technical consultant. Pavel then became the Head of B2G Presales, leading a team of engineers in the development and implementation of smart/safe city projects using Machine Vision technology in Russia. Currently, Pavel holds the position of Head of B2B Presales, where they lead the pre-sales team in the Russian B2B market, demonstrating the value and benefits of NTechLab solutions through POCs and demos across various industries.

Pavel Tikhonov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they pursued a specialization in Researching and modeling of operations in technical and organizational systems at the same institution from 2000 to 2006. Pavel has also obtained several certifications, including Oracle Sales Cloud 2016 PreSales Specialist, Oracle ATG Web Commerce PreSales Specialist, Oracle Sales Cloud 2014 Data Implementation Specialist, Getting and Cleaning Data (from Coursera), R Programming (from Coursera Verified Certificates), The Data Scientist's Toolbox (from Coursera), and Exploratory Data Analysis (from Coursera).
