Olakunle Fasawe has a diverse work experience in various industries. Olakunle started their career as an Operations Geologist at Omoluabi Mineral Development Company Limited from August 2014 to August 2015. Olakunle then joined Outcess in April 2016, where they initially worked as a Customer Service Representative for a year before being promoted to Operations Team Lead. At Outcess, they were responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing feedback to improve efficiency. In May 2019, Olakunle joined ntel, where they worked as a Network Operations Center Analyst for a year, monitoring and troubleshooting various network systems. Olakunle was then promoted to Network Operations Center (Ag. Team Lead) in April 2020, where they analyzed fault incidence and assisted in managing a team of field site engineers. From September 2021 to March 2023, they worked as a Field Operation Engineer at ntel, where they were involved in site availability, maintenance, and integration of network elements. Currently, Olakunle is working at ntel as a Back-Office Support RAN specialist, responsible for network planning, configuration, integration, optimization, and diagnostics.
Olakunle Fasawe holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science, General from the University of Jos. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Microsoft. In March 2019, they received the certification for Exam 717: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, and in January 2019, they obtained the certification for Exam 715: Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer engagement Online Deployment.
