Pawel Wrobel

Pawel Wrobel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pawel is currently the CEO of NTFY - Nice To Fit You since January 2021. Prior to their current role, Pawel worked as the eCommerce Director for L'Oréal from 2019 to 2021. Pawel also served as the Director / Head of eCommerce & Online Marketing EU at TALLY WEiJL from 2017 to 2018, and as the Director e-Commerce EU at DUKA from 2016 to 2017.

Earlier in their career, Pawel held various positions at T-Mobile from 2015 to 2016, including the roles of Digital Transformation Director and eCommerce Director. Pawel was responsible for the management of all digital activities, creating sales and online marketing strategies, and overseeing the implementation of developmental changes and projects.

Before joining T-Mobile, Pawel was the Director / Chief of Portal and eCommerce at Polkomtel Sp. z o.o. from 2014 to 2015, and at CYFROWY POLSAT from 2014 to 2015. In these roles, they managed marketing, content, and eCommerce for the respective companies.

Pawel also has experience as the CMO, co-founder, and member of the management committee at Fast White Cat S.A. from 2012 to 2014, and as the Head of Electronic Sales Division at Play from 2010 to 2012. Pawel was responsible for sales strategy, online sales processes, and the supervision of launching new services and products.

Earlier in their career, Pawel worked at PTK Centertel - Orange from 2006 to 2010. Pawel held positions such as the Online Sales Development & Maintenance Division Manager and Senior Product Manager (eCommerce), where they were responsible for managing sales goals, overseeing online sales processes, and launching new services and products.

Throughout their career, Pawel has demonstrated expertise in eCommerce, online marketing, strategy development, team management, and budget creation and management.

Pawel Wrobel completed their master's studies in Information Technology and Econometrics at the University of Gdansk from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in Data Analytics from LinkedIn, including "Learning Data Analytics Part 2: Extending and Applying Core Knowledge" and "Learning Data Analytics: 1 Foundations" in May 2023.
