Bhushan Modi

Bhushan Modi has over 35 years of work experience in various roles. Bhushan began their career as a Design Engineer at Tata Exports Ltd. from June 1984 to March 1985. Since November 1986, Bhushan has been working at NTH Consultants, Ltd. where they currently hold the position of Vice President / Senior Principal Engineer. In this role, they have managed and performed a wide range of environmental, geotechnical, and construction projects. Bhushan'sexpertise includes soil explorations, remedial investigations, environmental due diligence assessments, hazardous materials inventory/demolition surveys, industrial hygiene studies, and Brownfield projects. Bhushan has also worked on various redevelopment projects, provided support for building demolitions, and conducted soil and groundwater remediation activities.

Bhushan Modi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai from 1980 to 1984. Bhushan then pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy from 1985 to 1986. Afterwards, from 1995 to 1997, Bhushan obtained a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Auditing from Wayne State University.
