Stephen P. Katz

Stephen P. Katz currently serves as the Vice President of Contracts and Compliance at Nth Consulting Group, a position held since December 2022. Previously, Katz was the Director of Contracts, Supply Chain, and Property at MIKEL Inc. from 2016 to 2022, where a Contracts Organization was established under Katz's leadership. Katz also has extensive experience in government contracting, having served as the Program Director at the Procurement Technical Assistance Center from 2012 to 2015, and as the Senior Manager of Contracts at Raytheon Missiles & Defense from 2009 to 2012, managing contracts with significant financial authority. Earlier roles include Division Manager of Contracts at Parsons Corporation, overseeing $2 billion in projects, and a long tenure at Northrop Grumman Corporation, holding the title of Manager of Contracts and International Trade. Katz holds a B.A. in History from California State University, Long Beach, and legal education from Western State College of Law.
