Jami Fristo

Jami Fristo has worked in various roles for nTier Training, AgileSherpas, and Ameritas since 1993. Jami'smost recent role was as Head of People and Culture at nTier Training in Atlanta, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Certified True Colors Facilitator in November 2022. From 2021 to 2023, Jami was the GriGri (Chief of Staff) and an Agile Coach and Trainer at AgileSherpas. At Ameritas, they worked as a 2nd VP and Chief of Staff - Marketing Operations from 2012 to 2021, and as a 2nd Vice President and Director in Business Services from 1993 to 2011.

Jami Fristo obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance, General from Hastings College between 1979 and 1982. Additionally, Jami earned several certifications, including ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching ICP-ACC and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) from Scrum Alliance in September and October 2021, respectively. Furthermore, Jami obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional Leading with Agility ICP-LEA certification from ICAgile in April 2022 and became a Certified Facilitator from True Colors International in November 2022.
