Michelle Brockney

Michelle Brockney currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Ntiva, Inc., where responsibilities include setting the strategic vision for various departments, overseeing financial operations, and managing post-acquisition strategies. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of Director of Business Applications at Integration Partners, where contributions included building a network operations center and creating new departments. Experience as Regional Manager Northeast at Xeta/Windstream Communications involved assisting with acquisition transitions and managing divisional P&L. As Vice President of Operations at Summatis/Xeta, Michelle achieved annual sales growth to $7M and developed a market strategy. Earlier roles include serving as Client Services Director at Conversant Communications, where a retention rate of 1.4% was maintained with a $150M customer base. Michelle holds a BSBA in Marketing from Nichols College.
