Patricia Day Williams

Patricia Day Williams, MD, is the owner of Patricia Day Williams & Associates, where transformative changes are facilitated through workshops, coaching, consulting, and teaching in graduate programs for executives and leaders. As an adjunct professor at American University since 1998, Patricia contributes to MSOD and Key Leadership Programs, and serves as a Member Emerita at the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science since 2021. Patricia founded Mainewoods Dance Camp, Inc., and serves as a board member after previously holding the roles of Board President and Program Director. Earlier career experience includes serving as Medical Director at Bethel Area Health Center from 1981 to 1986. Educational credentials include a BA cum laude from Yale University, an MD from Harvard Medical School, and a certificate in Organization Development from the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.
