Matthew Stark

Matthew Stark is a Structures Designer at NTM Engineering since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering, Scientific, and Technical Intern at PennDOT from May 2019 - August 2019, where they conducted various highway safety and traffic studies and ensured compliance with regulations. Matthew also had a previous internship at PennDOT from May 2018 - August 2018, where they reviewed road signage, curves, sight distances, and conducted traffic volume counts. They graduated from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
