Mike Tesch currently serves as the HR IT Systems Manager at NTN Bearing Corporation, where responsibilities include implementing and managing HRIT systems, driving business efficiency, and supporting HR teams with data management. Previously, Tesch held roles at Sparton Corporation as an HRIS & Benefits Specialist, managing benefit systems and streamlining processes, and at CEVA Logistics as a Safety and Administrative Coordinator, overseeing onboarding and safety compliance. Tesch began a career in human resources with the Minnesota Army National Guard, achieving the rank of Human Resources Sergeant and managing various personnel functions. Tesch earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
