David Clemenko has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. David started their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they held various roles, including working in computer graphics for military briefs, staffing high-level events, and serving as a Marine Corps Drill Instructor.
After leaving the military, Clemenko joined Merrill Lynch/Bank of America as a Senior Vice President, leading Field Sales Enablement and providing training to financial advisors across the country. David then founded their own company, SirCoach®, where they delivered customizable coaching and training programs to improve sales force results for various businesses. David presented to and coached over 100,000 advisors worldwide during this time.
Clemenko later joined UBS as a Director of Advisor Marketing Sales Enablement, managing a group of sales trainers and implementing strategic marketing and sales tactics to drive organic growth for UBS Financial Services. David worked in this role for five years before joining IBM as a Director of Global Sales Enablement.
David'smost recent position is with nTopology, where they serve as the Director of Global Sales Training and Coaching. In this role, Clemenko is responsible for building, managing, and training the sales process. David also plays a crucial role in hiring, building, and coaching the entire Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Sales team. Additionally, they are responsible for developing and managing end-to-end training, onboarding, and ramping programs.
Clemenko's extensive experience in sales training and enablement, along with their diverse background in the military, finance, and entrepreneurship, make him a valuable asset in driving sales success and growth for organizations.
David Clemenko attended Thomas Edison State University from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2002, they obtained a Black Belt certification from the Six Sigma Management Institute by Dr. Mikel J. Harry, also in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 1992, David briefly attended Hawaii Pacific University for the same field of study. From 1989 to 1990, they attended College of the Desert, again studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, David completed the Standard MEDDIC program at MEDDIC Academy.
