Brian Baker is an accomplished Product Owner and Scrum Master with extensive experience in delivering SaaS solutions for military, intelligence, and Department of Defense customers at Ntrepid LLC since January 2023. Previously, at GSFSGroup, Brian managed multiple Agile software development teams and successfully translated product strategies into actionable tasks. With a strong background in leading teams at David Weekley Homes and AutoLoop, Brian has demonstrated expertise in coordinating product roadmaps, refining project backlogs, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Brian's career began at Dominion Dealer Solutions, where roles included Software Installation Manager and Business Solutions Analyst. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Ball State University.
