Giselle Boiteux

Giselle Boiteux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and legal counsel. Currently serving as Director for Risk Management at Brookfield Asset Management since June 2011, Giselle has successfully implemented the ABC Program as Project Manager for Brookfield Infrastructure Group in Latin America. Prior roles at Brookfield include Manager and Senior Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed internal auditing, anti-corruption compliance, and developing company procedures. In addition to current roles as MidLevel Lawyer for NTS - Nova Transportadora do Sudeste and various positions on Audit and Compliance Committees and Ethics Committees for several companies, Giselle has a strong educational background including an MBA in Oil and Gas Law and multiple legal and auditing certifications from renowned institutions.
