Carolyn Morgan

Carolyn Morgan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, insurance, education, and media. Currently serving as a Customer Service representative at ZOOM+ since April 2016, Carolyn also works as an Insurance Agent for Colonial Life, providing enrollment and counseling services. Additionally, Carolyn instructs court-ordered traffic safety classes for the National Traffic Safety Institute and has extensive experience as a substitute teacher across multiple school districts since 2009. Previous roles include teaching English in Chile, developing curriculum and instructing at Mt. Hood Community College, and producing for KATU Television, where Carolyn conducted high-profile interviews and managed advertising campaigns. Carolyn holds a Master's in Elementary Education from Lesley University, a Master's in College Student Counseling from Indiana University Bloomington, and a B.G.S. in Journalism from the University of Michigan, alongside a TESOL certification.
