Allison Ehrler-Meyer

Allison Ehrler-Meyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management, consulting, and executive coaching. Currently serving as the Director of People and Organization Consulting at NTT DATA since September 2019, Allison leads teams focused on implementing technology and process transformations across various industries, including agriculture, healthcare, and financial services. As the President and Senior Change Consultant of Beacon Advantage Solutions, LLC, since April 2000, Allison has developed workshops such as "Be Your Brand" and provided leadership in change management and organizational effectiveness. Additional roles include Executive Coach with Cambria Consulting, Senior Change Management Consultant at Expressworks International, and Senior Manager Change Consultant at The North Highland Company. Allison's expertise is further complemented by a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Organization Development from The University of Georgia.
