Jennifer McIntosh

Jennifer McIntosh has extensive experience in human resources, serving in various capacities across multiple organizations. Currently, as a Human Resources Business Partner at NTT DATA since June 2022, Jennifer delivers expertise in people strategies, talent planning, and employee relations for over 400 employees. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Global Response, where Jennifer revitalized the HR department, and Human Resources Manager at Black Knight, supporting over 1,100 employees. Earlier experience includes strategic HR roles at Convergys, where Jennifer served in multiple positions, including Employee Relations Manager and Training Delivery Manager, managing operations for large employee populations. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources/Business Management from Park University and an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Georgia Military College.
