Motoko Arichi

Motoko Arichi has been with NTT DATA since April 1999, currently serving as the Head of the Inclusive Society Office within the Sustainability Innovation Department. In this role, Motoko leads initiatives focused on social inclusion and sustainability. Previously, Motoko held significant positions including Deputy Head of the Group Business Management Department, overseeing 12 regional group companies, and Senior Manager of Global HR, focusing on talent globalization and employer branding. Early career highlights include roles at JTI as a Business Process Consultant and Strategic Project Coordinator. Motoko holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Kyoto University and has pursued further education at The University of Sheffield and The London School of English.
