Rick Wilson

Rick Wilson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental health and safety management. As the Senior Environmental Health & Safety Manager for the Americas at NTT DATA since September 2025, Rick focuses on EHS management across multiple data centers, implementing safety and compliance measures. Prior roles include serving as the North America Environmental Health and Safety Manager at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and leading supply chain initiatives as a Regional Project Manager at Reckitt. Rick has also contributed to projects in process improvement, lean management, and training development through positions at Lean Management & Safety Consulting and Missouri Enterprise. Rick's operational leadership experience includes roles as Director of Operations at Menasha Packaging and Plant Manager at Alro Steel. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business/Economics from Western Illinois University, along with various certifications in health and safety.
