Wallace Silveira

Wallace Silveira is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Deskside Technician at NTT DATA, where responsibilities include supporting end users through the ServiceNow ticketing system. Previous roles include IT Technician at EDI Environmental Dynamics Inc., where management of user accounts and authentication was performed using EntraID, along with patching and remote support using Intune and NinjaRMM.
