Walter Roberto Lopez has over a decade of experience in IT support and management. Currently serving as a Senior Delivery Manager at NTT DATA since 2016, Walter supervises a team of 28 agents providing IT support to multinational companies. Previously, at Dell from 2011 to 2016, Walter held the role of Tech Support Sr. Associate, managing customer technical issues and leading staff recruitment and training. Walter's career at Dell began as a Client Tech Support Specialist from 2010 to 2011.
