Naoki Kajita

Naoki has the global responsibility for supporting Japanese multinational corporations and their affiliates to strengthen their business and to accelerate their digital transformation by offering optimized NTT's ICT services and outcome-based solutions.

Previously Naoki was Chief Global Strategic Solutions Officer and Head of Solutions Enablement, Services for NTT Ltd. He looked after large full-stack offers that span our collective capabilities, as well as productizing appropriate, repeatable offerings for deployment by regions.

Prior to this, Naoki was Senior Vice President of ICT Consulting Division, NTT Communications and a Director of the Board in NTT Communications. In this position, he led a team of ICT consultants and presales specialists to support enterprise customers’ ICT and digital transformation.

Naoki began his career at NTT Corporation in April 1987, following his graduation from Nanzan University, Nagoya, Japan with a Bachelor of Arts in British and American Studies, Foreign Language Faculty. He also has an MBA in Global Business from Aoyama Gakuin University, Tokyo, Japan. Naoki currently lives with his wife and toy poodle in London. He has lived and worked in New York and Bangkok and enjoys working, playing golf and traveling in the UK.
