Vincent Gatto

Vincent Gatto has a diverse work experience with a focus on operations and quality management. From 1999 to 2013, they served as the Quality Director at Engineered Precision Casting, overseeing a team of ten and managing customer approvals and accreditation. From 2014 to 2018, Gatto worked at Aluminum Shapes LLC, first as the Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement and then as the Executive Vice President of Operations, responsible for strategic leadership, daily operations, and workplace safety initiatives. Vincent then held the position of Plant Manager at Intsel Steel East, LLC from 2018 to 2020, managing warehousing, plant distribution, and equipment purchases. Most recently, Gatto served as the Director of Operations at Fairway Architectural Railing Solutions from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Commercial Operations at NTT Training since May 2023.

Vincent Gatto has a background in Business Administration and Management, with a degree from Kean University. Vincent also holds a Certification in Investment Casting Specialist from Pittsburg State University. In addition to their formal education, Vincent has obtained several additional certifications, including a 10-Hour General Industry Safety and Health Certification from OSHA 10 Hour Training, as well as certifications in Manufacturing Process Control (MPC) and Nondestructive Testing (Liquid Penetrant Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Radiographic Inspection). Vincent also holds certifications as a Quality System Auditor/Lead Auditor and a Special Process Auditor (Nadcap and Industry Standards).
