Christine Butchko

Christine Butchko serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at NTT DATA, Inc. since February 2022. Prior to this role, Christine held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Xerox from January 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included executing a global transformation across 40 countries. Christine also served as Vice President of Human Resources at NCR Corporation from January 2011 to January 2019, overseeing a multi-year sales transformation program across 60 countries in various industries. Earlier in Christine's career, numerous roles were undertaken at IBM from June 1999 to January 2011, including Director of Diversity and Workforce Partner Organization, where Christine contributed to workforce programs for the Systems and Technology Group division. Christine holds a degree from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
