Darlene Flaherty

Darlene Flaherty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee benefits. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global People and Culture for Benefits and Retirement at NTT DATA, Inc. since April 2022, Darlene previously held key positions such as Head of Employee Benefits and HR Shared Services at Tufts Medical Center from December 2019 to April 2022, and Director of Employee Benefits Consultant at Talbots for a brief period in late 2019. Darlene also worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Pamela Sande & Associates, LLC from May 2018 to September 2019 and was a Senior Global Benefits Planning Consultant at State Street for a short tenure in late 2018.
