Erica Hyojung Yoon currently serves as the Digital Demand Hub Manager for APAC at NTT DATA, Inc., a position held since October 2018, with previous roles including Marketing Operations and Campaigns Manager, and Web Marketing and Campaigns Manager. Erica has extensive experience in planning and executing demand generation campaigns, ensuring data quality, and implementing web-based marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales. Prior to NTT DATA, Erica worked at Arkadin from January 2015 to September 2018 in various marketing roles, and briefly at NTT Communications. Erica holds a Digital Marketing Leadership certification from Squared Online and is an ABD in Applied Linguistics from Waseda University.
