Paul Shaw

Paul Shaw, PMP, ITIL has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Paul started their career in 2008 as a Program Manager and Practice Lead at Truestone, LLC, where they managed IT programs for various federal agencies. In 2011, they joined Fusion PPT as a Federal Program Manager, responsible for managing multiple federal contracts and ensuring effective service strategies and delivery based on ITILv3 principles. In 2013, they worked at Systems Engineering Services Corporation (SESC) as a Senior Program Manager, focusing on systems engineering. Since 2015, Paul has been with NTT Ltd., where they initially served as an SAP Program Manager in the Cloud Division. Paul is currently a Senior Principal in Client Delivery, showcasing their expertise and leadership in delivering quality services to clients.
