Shawn Gravelin

Shawn Gravelin is a seasoned Network Engineer with extensive experience in technical services and systems implementation. Currently employed at Dimension Data and NTT Ltd. since 2014, Shawn focuses on the setup and installation of technical systems, testing, and troubleshooting functionality while coordinating with integration teams for issue resolution. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at A/Z Corporation from 1996 to 2014, where Shawn held various roles including L2 Network Engineer and L1 Network Support Technician, responsible for the configuration, installation, and maintenance of Cisco networks. Additionally, Shawn provided onsite support at Pfizer between 1999 and 2012, further enhancing expertise in network systems. Education was completed at Norwich Free Academy from 1986 to 1990.
