Subhashini Desigan

Subhashini Desigan is the Global Head of Strategy and Operations for Applications and Business Process Services at NTT DATA, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing global operations and growth initiatives across multiple regions. With extensive experience at NTT DATA North America, Subhashini has held several executive roles, including Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, driving profitability and service delivery across various service portfolios. Previous positions also include leadership roles in global operations, finance, and digital services, with a foundational experience in project management and client engagement in leading IT firms. Subhashini holds an MBA in Strategy and Operations from Duke University, has completed a Global Leadership Program at INSEAD, and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Government College of Engineering, Pune.
