Theresa McKenzie

Theresa McKenzie serves as the Program Master Scheduler for NTT Ltd. working on the Enterprise Network Modernisation Program since May 2023, focusing on complex program schedule development. Previously, Theresa held the position of PMO Lead for KPMG Australia's Joint Capabilities Groups Business Transformation Program, overseeing the introduction of ERP SAP S/4 HANA in Defence Australia. With experience in various roles including Planning Delivery Manager at Synergy Group and Portfolio Master Scheduler for the Australian Army and ACT Government, Theresa has a strong background in governance, program management, and specialty in scheduling across multiple sectors including federal government and healthcare. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Humanities) from Griffith University and training from the Royal Military College Duntroon.
