Venkat Putluri

Venkat Putluri began their work experience at IBM in 2007 as a Senior Network Engineer. Venkat then moved to UBS in 2009, where they worked as a Technical Lead. In 2010, Venkat joined Hewlett-Packard as a Network Specialist, responsible for building a secure environment for the Investment banking business.

In 2012, they worked at ANZ as a Network Operations Team Lead, primarily involved in migration projects. Following that, Venkat joined TEKsystems in 2014 as a Security Architect, focusing on deploying and managing various security infrastructure components, such as firewalls and load balancers.

From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Jackson as a Senior Security Engineer, where they developed and documented network/security infrastructure configuration standards and processes, as well as designed and implemented security policies and procedures.

Venkat's most recent role was at NTT Ltd., starting in 2019 as a Principal Security Architect. In this position, they designed and implemented security controls for cloud services, developed an Azure DevOps implementation framework, and collaborated with cross-functional teams for testing Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Overall, Venkat has amassed considerable experience in network engineering, security architecture, and cloud security across various industries and organizations.

Venkat Putluri obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Terraform Associate from HashiCorp in June 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert from Microsoft in March 2021, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in September 2020. Venkat also holds certifications from F5, including F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (F5-CA) and F5 Certified Technology Specialist in GTM (F5-CTS-GTM), although the dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown. Furthermore, Venkat Putluri is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) endorsed by the Project Management Institute.
