Previously, at UCS Solutions from December 2011 to September 2018, Willem held roles including Client Delivery Executive and Senior Client Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing application delivery services for major clients, ensuring adherence to service level agreements, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
