Aditi Rathi

Aditi Rathi has extensive experience in product management and financial services across various organizations since 2008. Currently serving in product management at NTUC FairPrice, Aditi specializes in loyalty, payment, and e-commerce. Previous roles include product management for consumer spending at MatchMove Pay Pte. Ltd., where Aditi developed digital wallet and banking solutions, and leading partnerships for the Buy Now Pay Later digital lending product at Home Credit India. Early career experiences include account management at ICICI Bank, where Aditi focused on cash management solutions, and quality assurance at Contata Solutions Pvt Ltd. Aditi holds a PGPM in Finance and Marketing from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
