Quy Nguyen

Quy Nguyen is an accomplished Principal Data Scientist at NTUC Enterprise Nexus Co-operative Limited since August 2019, leading a team of five data scientists and focusing on developing models that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key achievements include reducing customer complaints using large language models and creating an in-house personalization platform that surpassed previous external solutions in conversion rates.
