Jonathan Tan

Jonathan Tan has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Jonathan began their career at Courts Singapore in September 2012, where they served as a Store Manager until August 2013. In September 2013, they joined NTUC FairPrice as a Senior Manager at the Warehouse Club. After two years, they transitioned to Fairprice Online as an Assistant Director in January 2016. Jonathan was later promoted to Deputy Director, Head of CX and Operations in August 2020, and then to Director of E-Commerce Operations & Customer Experience in June 2023. Jonathan has demonstrated their strong expertise in operations and customer experience throughout their career.

Jonathan Tan earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Wales, graduating in 2002.
