Pauline Pong

Pauline Pong has significant work experience in the field of IT projects and development. Pauline started their career as a System Programmer at VIKAY TECHNOLOGY (M) SDN BHD in 1996. Pauline then worked as a System Engineer at MATSUSHITA AUDIO VIDEO (M) SDN BHD from 1998 to 2001. Pauline Pong then joined StarHub as a Senior System Analyst from 2001 to 2011. Pauline continued their career at Teckwah Industrial Corporation Ltd as a Senior System Analyst in 2012. Pauline Pong has been working at NTUC FairPrice since 2012, initially as a Senior Executive in IT Projects, then as a Manager in IT Projects, and currently as a Development Lead in Digital & Technology.

Pauline Pong completed their Master of Business degree in Enterprise Resource Planning Systems at Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree with Honours Class One in Business Information Technology from the University of Central England in Birmingham, UK from 2002 to 2004. Pauline also has a certification in Analytics: From Data to Insights from the United Latino Students Association, obtained in 2023.
