Zeng has an extensive work history in China's retail industry, having worked for Walmart China in various capacities for over 5 years. Zeng's previous positions at Walmart China include SVP Supply Chain, VP Ambient Logistics and Direct Import, and VP Commercial Finance. In each of these positions, Zeng has excelled in driving Operations Excellence and business performance. Zeng is a strategic thinker and excels in leading transformational initiatives that deliver targeted benefits to the company.

Zeng Qiao Jia has a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
