James Lee

James Lee currently serves as the Chief Digital and Technology Officer at NTUC First Campus since November 2025. Prior to this role, James held various leadership positions, including Vice President at StarHub, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing Business Enablement Services and managing enterprise billing systems. James also contributed to the launch of giga!, a digital mobile service provider, as Head of Information Technology. Previous experience includes serving as Consulting Director at AsiaInfo, where James led the implementation of Thailand's first real-time convergent billing system, as well as roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Goldman Sachs, and Accenture. James earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
