Lawrence Teo

Lawrence Teo currently serves as Head of Day Care Centres at NTUC Health Co-operative Limited since December 2022. Previously, Lawrence held the position of Fulfilment and Services Project Manager at IKEA, focusing on business development in customer services and order fulfillment. Prior experience includes leading operations at BHG SINGAPORE, where strategic business planning and digital transformation initiatives were paramount. Lawrence also managed retail operations at IKEA Group in Finland, increasing market share and profitability, and held various roles within IKEA Southeast Asia, driving sales, staff development, and supply chain management. Earlier career experience includes serving as Store General Manager at Dairy Farm Group and a Store Manager at Corten Private Limited. Lawrence graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Biochemistry from the National University of Singapore and completed executive education at NUS Business School.
